RSVP-TE with link-protection configured LSP log

Hi,

I disable p-2 ospf interface which connect to p-3.

Below LSP log, line 39 & 40, primary path CSPF link down and no route toward to 1.1.1.6, the active path is secondary but the primary path state is up and ready to revert in 175 seconds.
Would some one expert please help to explain this behavior.
